Nay San will be enjoying next week in warm and humid Honululu, Hawai'i, while presenting "Future Directions in Technological Support for Language Documentation" at the Workshop on Computational Methods for Endangered Languages February 26-27, and teaching a workshop "Transcription Acceleration for Language Documentation with ELPIS" at the International Conference on Language Documentation and Conservation taking place March 1-2. He'll be doing both with support of his co-researchers Daan van Esch from Google and Ben Foley from the University of Queensland.
