Glass and Jasbi at the Cognitive Science Seminar

The Cognitive Science Seminar, a new series starting this fall, is an informal weekly venue that aims to bring together strands of the cognitive science community across the campus (Linguistics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Psychology, and others). The series features two linguistics graduate students this quarter, Lelia Glass and Masoud Jasbi. Lelia's talk, held just yesterday, was titled "Predicting and testing patterns in the Distributivity Ratings Dataset" and drew on her dissertation research on distributivity, lexical semantics, and world knowledge.
