The yearly Sem(antics)Fest is intended to promote discussion and collaboration among all those in the Stanford community interested in the semantics and pragmatics of natural language, as well as their interface with other modules of grammar.  To celebrate its 20th anniversary, this year's SemFest will be a two-day event which will be open to Department alumni as well as including contributions from members of the Department of Linguistics with interests in semantics and pragmatics, as well as from members of the Stanford University community who share these interests.

We acknowledge the support of the Department of Linguistics, the Dean's Office of the School of Humanities and Sciences, and CSLI, as well as a  Graduate Student Community Grant from the Stanford Alumni Association for a mentoring lunch.
