Stanford linguists at CUNY 2021

The University of Pennsylvania will be virtually hosting the 34th CUNY Conference on Human Sentence Processing (CUNY 2021) from March 4 to 6.

  • On March 5, Daisy Leigh, Judith Degen, and Rob Podesva will be presenting a short talk titled "Talking, like, a Valley Girl? Online Processing of Sociolinguistic Cues."
  • On March 6, Chris Manning will be giving an invited talk titled "Natural Language Processing has been overrun by large neural language models! What should we make of that?".
  • On March 7, Morgan Moyer and Judith Degen will be presenting a short talk titled "A corpus-based study of (non-)exhaustivity in wh-questions".
