Stanford linguists at CSSP 2019

Earlier this month, the following Stanford linguists attended the Colloque de Syntaxe et Sémantique (CSSP), which took place in Paris from October 2-4.

  • Alumna Tatiana Nikitina (Ph.D. '09) was an invited speaker for the event, presenting her talk entitled "Disentangling the effects of frequency and markedness: Evidence from bidirectional case marking in Wan"
  • Cleo Condoravdi presented "Adnominal epistemic adverbials at the syntax-semantics interface" with research colleagues Mary Dalrymple, Dag Haug, and Adam Przepiórkowski
