On the Move: Cases, Cohn-Gordon, and Schuster
Please send your warmest congratulations to our recent Ph.D. graduates, Ignacio Cases Martin, Reuben Cohn-Gordon, and Sebastian Schuster!
- Ignacio Cases Martin is now a Postdoctoral Associate in the InfoLab in the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), working with Boris Katz and Andrei Barbu. His dissertation was titled "Modular and Compositional Learning for Natural Language Understanding."
- Reuben Cohn-Gordon is now a Research Scientist at Analog Devices, Inc. His dissertation was titled “Probabilistic Models of Pragmatics for Natural Language.”
- Sebastian Schuster is now a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for the Study of Language and Information (CSLI). In January 2021, he begins a 2020 Computing Innovation Fellowship from the Computing Research Association which he will hold in Linguistics and Data Science at NYU mentored by Tal Linzen. His dissertation was titled "Semantic-pragmatic Adaptation."
