Look Who’s Talking: Stanford Linguists at CAMP[5]

Several department members will be presenting this weekend at the fifth California Meeting on Psycholinguistics (CAMP[5]), a workshop that focuses on the work of early career researchers.  CAMP[5] is being held from January 28-29 at the University of California, Los Angeles.  Talks include:

  • Jiayi Lu and Judith Degen: “Which Islands Satiate? A Meta-Analysis”
  • Dingyi Pan (SymSys), Jiayi Lu, and Judith Degen: “Can Manner-of-Speaking Islands be Rescued Through Discourse Foregrounding?”
  • Brandon Waldon: “The metalinguistic character of multi-agent legal decision-making: experimental evidence”
