Look Who's Talking: Lake and Baglini

Emily Lake is presenting "Ideological legibility as a primary pragmatic process in the interpretation of implicit content" at the Logic and Engineering of Natural Language Semantics Conference (LENLS14) this Saturday, November 11 in Tokyo, Japan.

Emily will also present her talk, "Bringing social meaning into idoephone and iconicity research" at a Workshop on Mimetics at the Center for Linguistics Nanzan University. At the same event, Emily will also present a talk on behalf of (and authored by) Rebekah Baglini, titled "Ideophones and the expressive dimension".
