John Beavers (Ph.D. ’06) was an invited speaker at the Workshop on Argument/Oblique Alternations and Productivity held at the University of Cologne  from February 19 to 20, 2026. John's talk was titled "Applicatives as a window into the semantic underpinnings of argument alternations".
